People around the world know and love Robert Pattinson.  Famous mainly from Twilight, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, he has become extremely popular to the entertainment community.  When trailers began coming out showing a new film called Remember Me, with Robert Pattinson as the lead, boy- crazy girls everywhere were already planning their attack on this movie.  If the man who was perfect enough to play “Edward Cullen” in another movie, that must mean it is a must see.  Sad to say, that all the people thinking that in the world are terribly wrong.

Remember Me starts off with a bang.  It shows two different families, both torn apart in different ways.  Tyler (Pattinson) meets Amy (Emilie De Ravin: Lost) and in the beginning their relationship is not how a normal one would be.  Tyler decides to get close to Amy, because he’s trying to get revenge on her father, and then he ends up falling in love with her.  I am sure you can guess much of what follows.  The movie ends, though, with an unexpected twist which just throws off the movie’s plot even more.

For all the people out there searching for the love story of the year, or even just a cute romantic movie, this is definitely not the one for you.  From bad acting, to awkward sex scenes, to leaving the viewer completely confused (and not in a good way) this movie will most likely be the greatest let down in Robert Pattinson’s acting career.  Hopefully the upcoming third movie in the Twilight saga will help him redeem himself.
