Its Official: No More Dress Code!

After two years of dress code at Le Jardin Academy, school administration has decided not to continue with the coordinated attire. Many believe administration cancelled the dress code because of the overwhelming amount of student complaints while the actual reason is much more sinister and complex.
On March 20, 2003 the United States of America entered the Iraq conflict with help from long-time ally, France. During this controversial conflict, France had very little political support and more importantly lacked the funding to help the United States and their conflict in the Middle East. This diminished the French surplus which was used for civic operations such as education, road construction, and even included funding for the bid in the 2018 Winter Olympics.
To overcome their deficit, the Nation of France took one of their longest lived symbols and reclaimed it as their own. In this reclamation, the French went on a legal tear suing all upholders of the Fleur-de-lis logo including organizations such as the New Orleans’s Saints, the New Orleans’s Hornets, and now Le Jardin Windward Oahu Academy – forcing all to change their iconic symbols and pay a hefty lawsuit in the process.
Nearly all of Le Jardin’s approved coordinated attire utilizes the Fleur-de-lis logo, which by France’s new lawsuit prohibits the sale and use of such items that encompass their symbol. Because of France’s conquest of icons, the Le Jardin dress code will no longer be enforced by school faculty and administration including open-toed shoes with no back strap. Many students thank the French for killing the Le Jardin dress code while others remain furious because of the tuition hike for all students resulting from the hefty law suit. Feel how you will about the issue yet celebrate by burning your old Le Jardin attire and wearing what your heart desires because Le Jardin is no longer a coordinated attire school!
